THE PROTECTION OF TIME AND RESOURCES IS ALSO VERY IMPORTANT, SO POLICIES BELOW COVER THE ENTIRE SPECTRUM OF OUR PERMANENT MAKEUP PRACTICE.

ELECTRONIC PAPERWORK

It is required that before you even consider any type of permanent makeup procedure, that you read, fill out, and sign the required paperwork via Jotform. The link will be sent to you when your appointment is confirmed by email.

Your appointment is not guaranteed - even if you paid the deposit - until these disclosures are filled out, signed, and submitted.

DEPOSITS

A nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

We appreciate your effort coming to your appointment ON TIME.

A somewhat reasonable grace period is allowed only if there are no appointments scheduled after yours. Otherwise, failure to show up on time may result in losing your deposit and appointment, or a shortened and incomplete procedure. This is to protect the clients who have scheduled appointments later in the day, as well as the time of the tattoo practitioner. If at ANY reason you know you will be late, please let us know ASAP and we will either confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. The outcome of your tardiness will depend on other appointments, the time of the original appointment, and the day of the week.

NO SHOWS // CANCELATIONS LESS THAN 72 HOURS

No shows and cancelations within 72 hours of your appointment are treated in the same fashion. Your deposit will be lost, and the remaining balance (AKA the cancelation fee) will be charged.

The cancelation fee can be avoided entirely if you contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment.

CANCELATIONS 72+ HOURS IN ADVANCE

Your deposit is nonrefundable, so canceling your reservation entirely will result in a lost deposit.

RESCHEDULING

72+ HOURS IN ADVANCE - you can reschedule up to two times with no penalty as long as your appointment is not within 72 hours. If there is a third attempt to reschedule, that will result in a cancelation of the appointment completely and a lost deposit. The remaining balance will not be charged.

<72 hours in advance - an attempt to reschedule less than 72 hours will result in a cancelation of the appointment completely and a lost deposit. However, under rare circumstances if the last minute reschedule is in favor to Gracefully Inked at the time of the request, the reschedule will be granted with no penalty. EXTENDED-TIME PROCEDURES

Procedures that take longer than 4.5 hours for reasons unrelated to pigment retention or technical issues will result in an additional flat $50 fee. Examples are: client inability to make decisions on pigment color, indecisiveness about brow shape, micromanaging the process, the list goes on.

This fee has two purposes: there is a pup in the Gracefully Inked family so doggy boarding might be needed depending on the finish time of the appointment; and/or the fee is to recover the losses from discounts that may need to be offered to clients affected by the time extension.

CONSULTATION POLICY

PHONE & IN-PERSON COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS

Gracefully Inked is happy to offer complimentary consultations, as permanent makeup should be given much consideration before the full commitment. Consultations are largely done over the phone as they are just as effective as in-person, but slightly more efficient. If it is critical that you come in person, your consultation will be scheduled around full permanent makeup sessions and are still.

Consultations are done largely by phone, occasionally offered in-person at our studio if scheduling allows.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS

Please allow anywhere from 15-30 minutes of your time for EACH procedure. Phone consultations are professionally conducted. We will discuss your needs, your background, the current state of the procedure site to be tattooed, your health history, the pricing, overall process, and Q & A.

Please prepared to text photos of yourself without any makeup on, as well as any other photo you think may help the discussion.

IN- PERSON CONSULTATIONS

Please allow anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to discuss the procedures you are considering getting. We will discuss your needs, your background, the current state of the procedure site to be tattooed, your health history, the pricing, overall process, and Q & A. If absolutely necessary, your makeup will be removed for the sake of designing your new look Please be prepared for the event that we may ask to remove your makeup.

CANCELING YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

Even though consultations cost nothing and do not take much of your time, we take this time very seriously, and they are scheduled in advance just like any other appointment.

If you need to cancel or cannot make the appointment on time, please let us know at least 1 hour in advance for PHONE consultations, 4 hours in advance for IN-PERSON consultations.

NO-SHOWS TO YOUR COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION

'No-shows' without prior notice are taken very seriously. Failure to show up to your appointment - there will be one (and only one) opportunity to reschedule your consultation. The consultation can then only be done by phone. In addition, any future permanent makeup services must be paid in full in advance.
